This website links to a free Customer Operations Health Check hosted on Tally.so. If you complete the health check, the following data may be collected:

Your email address and responses are stored by Tally.so in accordance with their privacy policy, available at tally.so/help/privacy-policy. Steve Ashwood accesses this data via the Tally dashboard for the sole purpose of following up on your results.
